After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law. 3.5 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mistro, LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your mobile network operator. SMS message services are provided on an “as is” basis, and Mistro, LLC makes no warranty regarding message delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Disclaimer

All the materials on Mistro, LLC’s Services are provided “as is.” Mistro, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties.
