Q: How will we transfer our data once we onboard to Mistro?
A: We offer an onboarding service where we will take all of your data from your
current solution and upload it to Mistro. This includes customers, inventory and
outstanding orders.
Q: What happens if we don’t use QuickBooks for accounting?
A: Our order management is streamlined and itemized for you to be able to transfer
your data to any accounting platform via copy and paste methods.
Q: Does Mistro have POS integrations?
A: We do not offer POS solutions or integrations at this time.
Q: Does Mistro sell or share my data?
A: We do not sell or share your data with your competitors or third parties.
Q: Is Mistro catered to the portable storage industry?
A: Mistro is in fact catered to single location portable storage businesses.
Businesses with multiple locations are also able to utilize Mistro.
Q: Does Mistro offer support?
A: We do offer support - just email us at product@mistro.info and we will process
your request as soon as possible.
Q: Does Mistro have a mobile application?
A: While we don’t have a mobile application at this time, our web application is
extensively designed to be mobile friendly
Q: I’m unable to sign in as my magic link isn’t working. How can I fix this?
A: This only occurs during the first few logins. Please check your spam folder or add
db-testing-no-reply@bubbleapps.io to your contact list.
Q: Am I able to download my data?
A: While in application downloads are unavailable at this time, just email us at
product@mistro.info to request a download of your data, free of charge.
